Control Programs
WOOD-DESTROYING PESTS & ORGANISMS ANNUAL PROGRAM INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

- Inspection of all exterior common areas for Wood-Destroying Pests & Organisms.
- Issue Structural Pest Control reports with findings & recommendations for Wood-Destroying Pests & Organisms.
- Perform necessary treatments for termite infestations & fungus infections.
- Identify all structural damage due to Wood-Destroying Pests & Organisms, requiring repairs to the structure. At the request of the association, Angelo's Termite Company will provide the cost for wood repairs, if necessary.
- Issue Notice of Completions including a 1 year warranty on the exterior, with unlimited service calls & treatments for Wood-Destroying Pests & Organisms.
- An annual Termite Control Service Contract will be available at the expiration of the warranty period.

Once this procedure has been performed, your association will be in compliance with the
provisions of the Structural Pest Control Act, Section 8516.b & the
Davis-Stirling Act,
Section 1364 & 1365, regarding Wood-Destroying Pests & Organisms. After this process has
been performed, we can easily maintain your association on an annual basis.
We will attend a board meeting to answer any questions regarding the enclosed information.
